We want to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible and the quickest way is if the information is already on our web site! We post the answers to all questions we receive and put up information pages and reply to comments added by visitors.

Also, do Tigi do products to give fine hair ‘body’?
Hi there Miss Middletown, I am afraid I am unaware of the Red offer. I will try and get more details on this and get back to you. It may be that this offer has expired as it was in last months issue.
The Superstar range is great for volume and sounds like the ideal product for you. There is the Superstar Shampoo and Conditioner but for ultimate volume I would reccomend that these be used with the Superstar Blow-dry Lotion.

Hi i ordered superstar shampoo and conditioner tween 6 days ago and still have had no confirmation email or received them yet u have still taken the money from my account! when should i expect to received my product?

You order would have been sent via courier. It may be that they have attempted to delivcer you product on a couple of occasions with no response. If you let me know your order number I can discuss this with our courier service and arrange for delivery as soon as possible.

Hi, Im wanting to get bedhead moisture maniac for my daughter who is 10 years old. Is this ok for childrens hair? at the moment she still uses baby shampoo and conditioner. Thanks, Sharon x

Yes Moisture Maniac is absolutely okay for your 10 year old daughter to use. The age isn’t an issue here and
Moisture Maniac is an ideal shampoo for slightly dry or sensitized hair – so if your daughter has this hair type then this would be an ideal shampoo for her.

I ordered tween brunette goddess shampoo and conditioner – buy one get one free but was charged £37-odd??? This is not getting one free? I can order from other sites for half this price. Please look into this for me
Hi there Lorraine. £37 is the Recommended Retail Price on the Tweens. We sell out TIGI products at RRP however our current offer is 241 on all TIGI products which gives you a 50% saving. The Tweens contain a 750ml Shampoo and 750 ml Conditioner rather than the usual 250ml shampoos and conditioners we sell by TIGI.

Hi there Caryl, I am afraid this is not possible. The offer is 241 on products you are purchasing which means that you can get the same product you have ordered on the 241 basis rather than a different product.
